AIKIDO: Katadori Grounding & Expansion Exercise, Part 2 (Koshinage)

Do you sometimes feel overpowered when executing techniques from katadori?

Today’s video is from my New Year’s seminar that took place in Los Angeles earlier this month. There's a short review of last week's video and then it picks up where last week’s video left off.

You may remember that last week, in Part 1, we were working on grounding, centering and expansion in the context of katadori nikyo. In today’s video, we’re continuing working on centering and expansion from katadori, but now, we’re executing koshinage.

My new tech team has really improved the video and audio quality, too!

I hope today’s video will give you some insight, inspiration, and motivation to help you realize your Aikido goals in the new year.
