Do you sometimes have trouble executing Sankyo from Ushiro Ryotedori?
In today's video, I'm going to share a couple clips from a seminar I taught back in 2018 in Los Angeles. In these clips, I lead into Sankyo from Ushiro Ryotedori.
We had a good number of beginner and intermediate students at the seminar, so the movement isn't quite as dynamic or explosive as some of my other videos.
