GIFT: Unlock Aikido Success: Dive into 'The Aikido White Belt Bible' Playlist!

I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy and that you've been enjoying the holidays!

In the spirit of the holidays, I'd like to give you a free gift. It's perfect if you're just starting Aikido or if you're an instructor who has people in your dojo who are just starting.

It's a YouTube playlist that some of my students and I put together a few years back, called "The Aikido White Belt Bible."

The videos in the playlist were created with the goal of eliminating people's stress around actually taking that first step in Aikido and then to support them as they go through those first few months of training.

After an intro video about our dojo's mission, vision, and my background, the series goes on to:

• Teach people how to tie their belt
• Explain where, how and why we bow
• Spell out a few tips on etiquette.

We did our best to keep the videos as simple as possible in order to not overwhelm new people. And the students who appear in the videos are all in their 20's and 30's, so as to attract younger people to the dojo.

If you think these videos might help your students or kohai, please feel free to share them. Of course we hope they bring new people into our dojo, but we also hope they can help attract people to your dojo, as well - wherever you are!
