Martial Arts Teacher Training: Practice Beginners Mind ("Shoshin") to avoid Teacher Burnout

In today’s video, I’m going to talk about one of my 3 Golden Rules of Teaching Aikido, which is to practice “Shoshin”, or “beginner’s mind.”
Maintaining beginner’s mind is so important for your progress in your art, AND it can really help revitalize your practice when you’re feeling burnt out and keep you motivated to keep training for years to come. Simultaneously, it’ll help keep your students motivated, as well.
